warmed up with lots of band lat and rotator cuff work, delt work, and pulldowns + Indian club swings...

1. 3-board bench press: barx10, 95x5, 115x3, 135x3, 155x3, 185x1, 195x1, 155x3 / 3

2a. close grip bench press: 95x8 / 3
2b. pullup: 3x5

3a. dumbbell extension: 5x10
3b. bent over barbell row: 5x10

4a. db curl: 3x10
4b. side & rear delts: 3x6/6

5a. 1-arm kettlebell clean & press: 16kg x 10/8/6/4/2
5b. sled dragging fwd & bkwd x 5

This training is very good for all of us who are reading this blog as I believe it will be beneficial. We should small things as when the time passes it becomes the most precious things that we need.
