1. 1-arm jerk: 16kg x 35+35 / 5:00 (rest x 1:00)
2. 1-arm snatch: 16kg x 40+40 / 5:00 (rest x 1:00)
3. 1-arm long cycle: 16kg x 25+25 / 5:00 (rest x 1:00)
4. 1-arm swing: 16kg x 30+30
*did sets of Indian club swinging in between sets during rest periods.
