3/25/13 --> 10:00 test for competition prep!
1. long cycle: 20kg x 57 / 10:00 (breakdown per minute was - 6,6,6,6,6,5,5,5,5,7) not my best but not too bad considering it's been 2 years since I've done a 10:00 set. Goal will be 60-65+ at contest on April 13 in Sarasota.

Body-weight hit 178.4 lbs this past week about 14 lbs down since 1/14/13!

That's been my past month!! Will try to be more regular with training updates. Just have had a lot going on with relocating my training center and a bunch of other business stuff.

I am always afraid of these type of situations when you feel very good and suddenly you faced a lot of darkness and aloneness. I hope that people will get some tricks how to become brave from these situations. I am really feel afraid of these situations.
