Did my  usual warm-ups then...

1. deadlift: 225x5, 205x5

2a. 1-arm clean & press w/ kettlebell: 24kg x 4+4, 20kg x 6+6, 16kg x 8+8
2b. pull-ups: 3x6

3. full contact twist: 3x5 ea. side

4. kettlebell snatch: 16kg x 10/8/6/4/2

Quick GPP session today. Back to kettlebell sport prep work tomorrow.  Definitely competing in the Florida kettlebell sport championship on April 13!
