3b. reverse hyper: 3x10
4a. pushdown: 3x12
4b. ab bench curl: 3x15
5. kettlebell snatch: 16kg x 40+40 / 5:00
Done. Bodyweight is down to 184.4 lbs today from 193 about 6 weeks ago - NICE!
