Today's training...

Tons of qigong and taiji today...

warmed-up with Indian club swinging and some kettlebell swings..

1a. chin-ups: 30 reps done is sets of 3 with all the 1-arm long cycle kettlebell work
1b. 1-arm long cycle: 16kg x 3, 20kg x 3, 24kg x 3, 28kg x 3
*2 total circuits of the above super-set

2a. deadlift: 135x3, 185x3, 205x3
2b. pulldowns: 3x10

3a. press: barx10, 65x6-8 / 2
3b. reverse hyper: 3x10

4a. pushdown: 3x12
4b. ab bench curl: 3x15

5. kettlebell snatch: 16kg x 40+40 / 5:00

Done. Bodyweight is down to 184.4 lbs today from 193 about 6 weeks ago - NICE!

Huh! I want to do exercise but really do not wish to get this much tough training. I would appreciate if you share something about light exercise as I am not interested to get extreme fitness.
