1. deadlift: 215x5, 195x5
2. long cycle (2-kettlebell clean & jerk): 16kg x 47 / 7:00 (steady 6 rpms until last minute-11 rpm)
3. pull-ups: 24 reps
4. medicine ball abs jacknife crunch & Russian twist: 3x15 of each
