Today's training...

It's pretty much a give-in at this point I do some type of qigong/taiji/meditation practice daily-even if for only 15:00-30:00 or so.  Thus I will stop posting it!

warmed up with club swinging and kettlebell swings like usual - again, this is every training session so I will stop posting the warm ups.

1. deadlift: 205x5, 185x5
2. long cycle (2-kettlebell clean & jerk): 24kg x 15/3:00; 20kg x 20/3:00; 16kg x 20 / 2:00 (rest was 3:00 between sets)
3. pullups: 18 reps
4. hanging leg raise: 2x12

Done!  Need to get some low intensity cardio back in...  Knee isn't up to running yet, but should at least hit the bike.

Your trainings are always worth of learning something new and creative about the living behavior of every person. I have learned so many things from your trainings that I want to admire you for.
