-Eight Pieces of Brocade Qigong


Conditioning & Restoration Work:

5 Circuits of:
  • Indian Club Swings (4 exercises x 10 of each)
  • 1-arm kettlebell swings w/ 16kg (25/20/15/10/5)
  • bike x 2:00

Also did a lot of stretching and some extra mobility today.
