qigong, eight pieces of brocade, and meditation

p.m.
warmed up with Indian club swinging and kettlebell swings
1. deadlift: 195x5, 175x5
2. long cycle: 16kg x 48 / 6:00 (@ 8rpm pace)
3. pull-ups: 16 reps
4. kettlebell full-body circuit - squats, bench press, 1-arm row, side bends x 2 rounds of 8-10 reps of each
5. kettlebell snatch: 16kg x 160 (80 reps per hand, no setting bell down) x 10:00 @ 16rpm pace

Done! Good training today!
