1. deadlift: 185x5, 165x5
2. long cycle: 24kg x 12 / 2:00 - 3 sets; 24kg x 10 / 2:00 - 2 sets (rest was 2:00 between sets)
3. pull-ups: 27 reps
4. reverse sit-up: 2x15
*bike x 15:00
