Started out with qigong, opening the channels, then Eight Pieces of Brocade and finished with Yang short style taiji (24) and taiji sword, then seated meditation.

Today's training...

warmed up with 2-kettlebell swings and Indian club swinging with the 1lb, 2lb and 3lb clubs

1. deadlift: 155x5 / 5
2. long cycle: 12kg x 23 / 2:00; 16kg x 20 / 2:00; 20kg x 9 / 1:00; 16kg x 20 / 2:00
3a. pull-ups: 18 reps
3b. pulldown abs: 3x15

Finished with more mobility and stretching work then had Taiji class at the Shaolin Institute.
