Started out with qigong, opening the channels and Eight Pieces of Brocade, then I did some sword Taiji practice.
1. deadlift: 135x5 / 2
2. long cycle (2-kettlebell clean & jerk): 20kg x 21/3:00; 16kg x 20/2:00; 12kg x 12/1:00 [rest was 1:00 between each set]
3a. squat: 135x5, 185x5, 205x3
3b. pull-ups: 18 reps (6 after each set of squats)
4a. bench press w/ swiss bar: 95x10 / 3
4b. seated row: 110x12 / 3
5a. sit-ups: 3x12
5b. 45 degree back raise: 3x10
6. kettlebell snatch: 16kg x 30+30 / 3:00
Good session today. This was the first time I've worked pressing movements back into the training. I kept it light to see how everything will hold up.
