Started with qigong and Taiji sword practice then...
4 circuits of:
- indian club swinging (internal / external)
- double kettlebell snatches
- sledgehammer tire hits
- kettlebell swings
Reps for the 4 circuits went: 24/18/12/6
That was it, short, sweet and broke a sweat! Shoulder is still holding up well, a little sore but nothing major. Bodyweight is down about 4-5 lbs. this week.
