Arm is really sore from the new ink!

Warmed up with Indian club swinging - did the series for 10 reps of each.

Press: 85x5, 100x3, 110x3
Chins: 18 reps
Pushdowns: 3x15
Curls: 3x12
Laterals: 3x12-15

Finished with the same 1 lb. Indian club swinging series.

Well, this workout wraps up and entire year, 11 cycles, of 5/3/1 training.  My right shoulder is still bothering me, so tomorrow I am going to deload all the lifts in a full body session then start a new plan for the new year on Wednesday.  First thing is to go through a detox with raw foods and get the shoulder right!

I have got a good motivation from this post because I was really avoiding from the daily exercise. But now it looks like that I should be doing some exercise to keep myself healthy and wealthy.
