Well, this workout wraps up and entire year, 11 cycles, of 5/3/1 training. My right shoulder is still bothering me, so tomorrow I am going to deload all the lifts in a full body session then start a new plan for the new year on Wednesday. First thing is to go through a detox with raw foods and get the shoulder right!
