Since today is not a strength training day I just did some joint mobility, qigong warm-up, then practiced the Eight Pieces of Brocade qigong, worked on the 2nd section of Yang style 108, the short Chen style form and finished with sword.  Also did some Indian club swinging.  

Shoulder is still feeling pretty jacked up.  I think I am going to take a period of time during January and cut out all the regular barbell movements I'm doing and focus mainly on club swinging, light kettlebell work and bodyweight drills with some stuff to try to help the shoulder in addition to the taiji and qigong practice.  I also plan to do a juice fast and raw food detox for a 10-14 day period as well, will definitely overlap all of this.
